The bracelet is very nicely done. I would have liked it much, much better had I be able to have my name, branch of service, and the years I served on the inside. I have tried several places but no one has the proper tools to actually etch the inside of the bracelet. Just something to think about in the future. Other than that I have no qualms about maybe buying another one at a later date.

Received this item today after having to pay £11.25GBP CUSTOMS FEE, you should have known this as it effects all imports into the EU of £15 or more. Secondly the standard of the material/metal used to make this bracelet is sub standard/below acceptable, as its too soft and too small to fit an adult wrist ... in fact it looks cheap and nasty, certainly not fit for a gift as it was intended for my wife...it looks like something a child would wear, so would you be so kind to send me the address for returned items please, as I can't possibly accept this item ... I wouldn't have bothered about the extra CUSTOM FEE if I could have used this bracelet...but wouldn't lower myself to give this as a gift...I await your reply..tks
